Summary

Minnesota’s new assisted living licensure (ALL) requires compliance with new emergency preparedness requirements for your newly-licensed assisted living or assisted living with dementia care. While the ALL 144G statutes include a basic set of emergency preparedness requirements, the anticipated ALL rules include a substantial number of new emergency preparedness requirements. This session will provide an overview of what ALL facilities will need to work on to have compliant emergency preparedness programs.
