The COVID-19 pandemic has hit the United States by storm.
Most assisted living settings have faced infection outbreaks,
PPE unavailability, staffing shortages, as well as financial
challenges. This presentation explores the clinical care needed
and how it might differ in a pandemic situation. It will cover
the steps to keeping clients and staff free from infection
and what should be in the plan for future sieges and other
pandemics as the world faces an uncertain future in the world
of infection prevention
