Older adults in LTC are unfortunately vulnerable to accidents and mistreatment. Thorough investigations are key to protecting residents and ensuring regulatory compliance. Join us to learn how to conduct effective investigations and maintain a safe environment.

Many older adults living with us require care and are vulnerable to their caregivers or someone they trust. However, there are accidents with unintentional consequences as well as occasional bad actors. We know accidents and these situations can be costly, cause medical injury, unsafe conditions, and abuse and neglect of residents. Creating a collaborative approach with solid and complete investigations are key factors in creating a safe environment. Join us to learn how to perform a thorough investigation, ensure protection of residents, as well as comply with state and federal regulations.
